TV series, or movies can affect people lives very much. I’m pretty sure You can go out on a street, and ask a stranger about very recognizable movie, and this person would tell you something about it. It has gone far enough that people are trying to believe that action of the film is real, so I will try to tell You something about that, how a movie impacts on people lives.
I will use an example of one of the greatest film era, which is “ Star Wars ”. First Episode titled:“ A New Hope ” was released in 1977 and the process of creating sequels and prequels lasts until now. There are so many stories, side threads, and many interesting characters, so I’m not surprised that it has gone so far. People are trying to rebuild sceneries and landscapes in different places, maybe for tourism development, or just to have nice view from the window. Currently there is even a religion trend called “ Jedi ”, which was taken from this movie. In Poland there are about two thousands people who follow Jedi religion. In all of the world we can estimate about twenty thousands faithful followers. There is aalso a part of people who simply enjoy watching this kind of movies, namely the people who tattoo their own favourite character from movies on their bodies.
We have lived to great times, when we have another trend and another reason for many people to follow everyday. Who knows what comes next?
