Coronavirus outbreak and global crisis 2020.

How did it happened so fast that world is not not developing anymore and everything stopped.

 

Well its linked to the new virus that is zoonotic and started in China autumn  2019.

 

It all started in Wuhan city and virus genes were very weak on the beginning ,

but slowly it started infecting people.

The highest disease outbreak was just about to start.

When the Chinese lunar year begin the virus had very easy access to rise infection rate.

Then the WHO started to care about the case.

It has not passed many days after that and disease spread so much that the China

Government started to build a huge Isolation ward.

It was already too late to stop COVID-19 spreading rate.

After a week after that the virus started to spreading across the globe.

Initially all countries were not worried about it but it changed overtime.

Now the disease is in almost every country on the earth.

Its infection and death rate has risen very fast from beginning .

The virus developed a new mutations that are far more deadly than

the previous one that started in China…..

 

It will be remembered by next generations.

Keep fit during quarantine

Because of coronavirus every public place like gym, school, cinema is closed. We have to stay at home. Virus is very dangerous and youshouldn't meet with friends while quarantine!

If you don’t have your own gym at home, you will have a problem doing your exercises. But I offer you calisthenics. That is a kind of exercise without any machines, weights and other stuff and you can do it anywhere.

1.   1. Push Ups
That exercise can strengthen your stomach, chest and triceps. If you have any problem with it you can start with chair or sofa.

2.   2. Squats
In this exercise you can train your legs. For more advanced:  try it on one leg.

3.   3. Hand stand
I think it’s the hardest exercise in calisthenics, but why don’t you try that? You could start with a wall. Put your hands close to wall and kick up your legs. Than try to keep your legs straight. The wall will help you when you start falling down.

4.   4. Sit Ups
And the last but not least is perfect exercise for stomach. You need to lay down and keep your hands behind your head. 

I think that exercise can keep you fit or even built your muscle up. Thanks to this form of sport activity you can lose you fat quickly and be more fit. For more exercise watch youtubers or blogers training calisthenics.

The trip of my life

Hi everyone!

I’m writing this post to tell you about my trip to France. It was the best day of my life! I won this trip on a lottery. I spent the trip completely for free together with my friends. We visited the most interesting places such as: Eiffel Tower, Palace of Versailles and also Mont Saint-Michel. We had opportunity to learn french language and taste French delights. In the evenings, we went to parties. We had fun with wonderful music. Unfortunately, we had to come back one day earlier because there was a virus threat. I liked the trip very much, I learned many interesting things about this beautiful country. I also saw many interesting places and monuments. I totally recommend visiting this charming country. In the future I want to go there again.
