Keep fit during quarantine

Because of coronavirus every public place like gym, school, cinema is closed. We have to stay at home. Virus is very dangerous and youshouldn't meet with friends while quarantine!

If you don’t have your own gym at home, you will have a problem doing your exercises. But I offer you calisthenics. That is a kind of exercise without any machines, weights and other stuff and you can do it anywhere.

1.   1. Push Ups
That exercise can strengthen your stomach, chest and triceps. If you have any problem with it you can start with chair or sofa.

2.   2. Squats
In this exercise you can train your legs. For more advanced:  try it on one leg.

3.   3. Hand stand
I think it’s the hardest exercise in calisthenics, but why don’t you try that? You could start with a wall. Put your hands close to wall and kick up your legs. Than try to keep your legs straight. The wall will help you when you start falling down.

4.   4. Sit Ups
And the last but not least is perfect exercise for stomach. You need to lay down and keep your hands behind your head. 

I think that exercise can keep you fit or even built your muscle up. Thanks to this form of sport activity you can lose you fat quickly and be more fit. For more exercise watch youtubers or blogers training calisthenics.
