I’m writing
this post to tell you that sport is healthy.
I think
that everyone should do sports. We can do athletics, play football, volleyball
or do any other physical activity that we enjoy. It’s important to do anything!
I don’t
know about you but I love cheering up Polish football, volleyball or handball teams.
During the match I believe that the Polish team will win.
There’s
also one more thing I want to mention. I
don’t know if you are aware of this but taking up sport and physical exercises
improves the stamina and also builds up muscles!
Healthy
food has an influence on our body and it helps in training too.
I’d like to
hear from you about your ideas on how healthy the sport is.
Remember!
All the champions used to be beginners when they started. If you want to be
one, start now. Do sport!
