Great Victory!

For many years, I've been a big fan of football. I watch a lot of matches, and I follow the results. 

The day before yesterday, June 4, 2017 was UEFA Champions League finals. The match was played between Real Madrid and Juventus. Before this match all neutral fans wanted Juventus to win the Champions League for Gianluigi  Buffon. The legend of Italian soccer has already had 39 years and it probably was its last chance to win the Champions League for the first time in its career. Unfornuately, on its way they met Cristiano Ronaldo. Portuguese have beaten Buffon twice; 1:0 in the first half and 3:1 in the second part, leaving no illusion that the team would win the finals. After 45 minutes, it seemed that Juventus would equal the fight against Real. Then ther was a draw 1:1. Mario Mandżukić equalised after the wonderful action, probably the most beautiful in this edition of the Champions League. Juventus lost of their own fault. After the break  footballers of Turin brought themselves together,and they quickly took advantage, scoring three goals. "Royal" fully deserved to win. Real Madrid has made historical things. As the first Club managed to defend the Champions League. "Royal" won this game last season, and this again can lift up the trophy for winning the Champions League.  

It was a very exciting match, certainly I won't forget it for a long time.

Sounds And Music In Advertisements

David Ogilvy said: “If you have nothing to say, sing it!”.

Sounds and music are necessary elements of the good advertisements. Well-chosen music is one of  the most effective ways to bring in new customers and generate sales.

When you create an advert, you can use many types of sounds:

Ø Background music, which isn’t connected with content of the message;

Ø Background music, which is connected with content of the message (like the sound of the engine in the car’s add or the buzz of sea in the advertising of the seaside town);

Ø Sound’s effects that cause your emotions (for example noise or roar);

Ø The content of the advertisement as a text of the song.

If you prepare music into advertisements you can use good-known songs or compose your own melodies.

Music and sound makes that people memorize slogans easier, develop their imagination and, if it is the music they like, they think positive about the products!

Did you know?

 You've probably heard a few times, that a dog chases a cat...Well, it seems that's not true! 

 Cats superiority over dogs was scientifically proved!

The research shows that a long time ago, cats caused the extinction of about 40 dog species!!

By nature, cats are better adapted to hunting than dogs. Their hearing is better developed, they're faster, they also dominate in sneaking.

I think that these arguments are enough. Of course, I don't want to disrespect dogs and their fans ;) 

So, check out the YouTube channel "Nauka BEZ fikcji". You can find there a documentary about dogs too, but they're showed as those better ones. :)

Something you must check out!

Hello everyone!

Have you ever heard about Battlefield 4? It's a first-person shooter game, made in 2013. I think some of you surely played it, hence you can say: "It's such an old game! We won't try it! It'll be definitely boring", but despite the age it's still really playable and fresh. Ah, I have nearly forgotten that currently BF4 cost only 5$. It's really value for money.

I promise that you will not be disappointed. If you guys like climate of a war, and want to feel like a real soldier, you have to try it. For me, Battlefield 4 is one of the most realistic war games. Playing it is so addicting! You can really enjoy it. All of you will have so many capabilities. You can choose between playing e.g. Bomber, Medical, Sniper or Engineer! One of the best things in this game is that, you can also play wih your friends. Trust me, it is a lot of fun... The game includes about 10 huge maps, many weapons, vehicles etc.

But wait...Why am I still writing about it ? What are you waiting for ? Grab your gun and show people how good you are.

Appetizer

Great for parties. This recipe is easy but very good. Your friends, for sure, will ask you for a second helping!

You will need:

• French pastry
•  tomato sauce
•  grated cheese
•  bacon/ham

Preparation:

Spread the French pastry on a baking tray and then spread some tomato sauce on it. Add bacon/ham and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 180 C more or less 10-18 min.

The ingredients can be changed to suit every taste.

Today I would like to write about job interview. For many people it is very stressful, each and everyone wants to show their bests and commits many mistakes. But there are some very simple tips that will help show you from the best side.

1. Learn as much as possible about the company you are going to for an interview.

2. Make sure you know all about the duties of the position you are applying for. It helps you to show that you really care about joining the team.

3. Come to the appointment earlier, to be sure not to be late. It's best to be ten minutes before the meeting to prepare.

4. Make sure you look elegant and professional. Dress/suit appropriate for the profile of the company.

5. Before coming, take your time - don't let haste put you under even more pressure.

6. During the meeting, look directly at your interlocutor, don't look down or fidget. Remember that a smile and a handshake create an atmosphere of mutual trust.

Remeber:

- be positive and smile

- be polite and honest

- answer the questions clearly

- listen and agree

I think that these tips will help you in every job interview.

The way it should be done...

...Christmas

It is the most family holiday in Poland. It begins on 24th December and lasts three days. People buy presents, send Christmas cards to their relatives and friends, clean homes, cook Christmas dishes and finally – decorate Christmas trees. The more colorful and sparkling the better.

24th December is called Christmas Eve and it is the most important day of Christmas. When the first star appears in the sky, the whole family gathers at the Christmas table. According to tradition, there should be 12 dishes on the table. The most popular are beetroot soup, carp, dumplings. Polish people don't eat meat on Christmas Eve. People sing Christmas carols.

This is the way, tradition tells us, we should spend Christmas.
