I have long been a fan of ski jumping.
Last
Saturday, the team competition took place.
Poles in the composition were: Kamil Stoch, Dawid Kubacki, Piotr Żyła and Maciej Kot.
The Competition
took place in Klingenthal, Germany.
This
was not a usual competition, because the Polish have made ski
jumping history by winning the team competition for the first time in
the World Cup!
That was a very exciting contest. The Poles dominated the
competition in Klingenthal, finishing with a total score of 1128.7
points. They won by 40 points over Germany which took 2 nd place. 3rd place
went to Austria.The Poles from the beginning of the season have been in a very
good shape as proved in this contest. Each of them gave an equally far
jump.
Kamil
Stoch himself summed up the competition very successfully and said
that they did a very good job in the summer, which now gave the results. From this season The
Poles have had a new coach Stefan Horngacher. Perhaps, thanks to him, the Poles started jumping so well .
It
was a great competition, certainly not to forget for a long time. With
curiosity I look forward to the next contests in the execution of our
